Bioeliksir Europa – Terms and Conditions
By using our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) and the documents referred to within them. We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
References to “Bioeliksir Europa”, “Bioeliksir”, “we”, “us” are references to Bioeliksir Europa d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia (Registered in Croatia: 080705259), with registered office in Julija Knifera 2, 10020 Zagreb, VAT number 13939479333.
Privacy Policy
Any information that you or other users provide to Bioeliksir is subject to Privacy Policy which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through your use of Bioeliskir website or placing an order you consent to the collection and use of this information.
Shopping
You can shop with Bioeliksir in the following ways:
By placing an order on Bioeliksireuten.com (Online Orders); or
Ordering by phone (Phone Orders); or
Ordering by e-mail.
Payment
On Bioeliksireuten.com website you can pay the ordered products in the following ways:
PayPal online payment system and Direct Bank Transfer, or Bank Account Clearing System (BACS).
Delivery
Deliveries will be carried out by third party couriers: General Logistics Systems Croatia
In Croatia, delivery takes 1-2 working days. Croatia delivery price is € 6.00.
International customers are delivery provided by General Logistics Systems and tracking parcel online.
EU countries:
The delivery takes 5-9 working days. You can track you shipments through General Logistics Systems tracking system. EU countries delivery price is € 13.00
The EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Non-EU countries:
The delivery time for non-EU countries is 15 working days. The invoice included with each of our products is the basis for the clearance of customs. The buyer is responsible for the cost of customs.
Please note that customs inspections may take 25 days or longer; however, we are not responsible for the delay.
For countries outside of the European Union delivery price is € 20.00
Returns
If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt of your order. Returns need to arrive at our facility in sell-able condition so please make sure they are unopened and packaged well to arrive intact.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back. The customer send the return at his expense with a courier of his choice.
Our staff will work with you to determine what went wrong and the best way to resolve it easily.
