By using our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) and the documents referred to within them. We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
References to “Bioeliksir Europa”, “Bioeliksir”, “we”, “us” are references to Bioeliksir Europa d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia (Registered in Croatia: 02549891), with registered office in Julija Knifera 2, 10020 Zagreb, VAT number 13939479333.
You understand that through your use of Bioeliskir website or placing an order you consent to the collection and use of this information.
You can shop with Bioeliksir in the following ways:

On Bioeliksireuten.com website you can pay the ordered products in the following ways:

Deliveries will be carried out by third party couriers: General Logistics Systems Croatia
In Croatia, delivery takes 4-7 working days. Croatia delivery price is 2.80 EUR (Euro)
International customers are delivery provided by General Logistics Systems. The delivery takes 5-9 working days. You can track you shipments through General Logistics Systems tracking system. International delivery price is 5 or 10 Euro it depends of the destination country.
If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt of your order. Returns need to arrive at our facility in sell-able condition so please make sure they are unopened and packaged well to arrive intact.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back. The customer send the return at his expense with a courier of his choice.
Our staff will work with you to determine what went wrong and the best way to resolve it easily.
